Foreign Minister Ms. Dora Bakoyannis sent a message of condolence to the family of Lambros Papantoniou. 

 

In her message, Ms. Bakoyannis expressed her deep sorrow at the loss of the combative and irreconcilable journalist who worked tirelessly for many decades in the United States. 

 

He was always on the front line of journalism. With a unique love for his country, he passionately served journalism and the Greek community of America, as a bridge of friendship between Greece and the United States. We will miss him in our journeys to America, stated Ms. Dora Bakoyannis.
