Greece is represented in Nicaragua through the parallel accreditation of her Embassy in Mexico City.

A bilateral agreement on the abolition of visas is in force.

III. Political Relations

Bilateral political relations are very good. Greece supports a peaceful resolution of Nicaraguas territorial disputes with Costa Rica and Honduras.

IV. Economic and Trade Relations

Trade: according to data from the Greek National Statistical Service, the trade balance with Nicaragua shows a deficit for Greece and amounted to 663,168. More specifically, Greek exports to Nicaragua amounted to $161,181 and imports to 824,349.

V. Cultural Relations

Greece offers scholarships for postgraduate studies through the State Scholarships Foundation and the Onassis Foundation.
