The Hellenic Development Fund in the BSEC

The Hellenic Development Fund (HDF) is designed to be a flexible mechanism for realizing regional development cooperation programmes in the sectors of transport, renewable energy sources, environmental protection, business cooperation and the promotion of commercial transactions, tourism, and culture. The first call for the submission of proposals for funding concerns programmes related to renewable energy sources and energy efficiency.

Applications may be submitted by legal persons that are registered and/or are active in the member states of the BSEC (Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine), as well as by international governmental or non-governmental organizations.
